My name is Mike and I am a self taught artist. It all started when I was 18 and got into the culinary industry and started to create beautiful victual cuisine art displays. After 25 successful years in the industry, the love of my life and I decided to start a family. I knew a change of career was indeed needed. I always had a passion for medicine. When I was in middle school, I used to go to the library every day and read medical books, because in my mind I was going to become a doctor and cure my ailing but very strong willed Abuela Caya (Grandmother). Sadly, she passed a few years later. At my wife’s suggestion I went to college and obtained an applied science degree in Radiology. I used my degree to create a very successful mobile diagnostic radiology company that expanded throughout six states. With the stress of running a very large company and coping with family life, I started drawing abstract art images on my little spare time. Which with every stroke it took me to a peaceful and exciting place in my mind. After years of creating thousands of images, I decided to share them with you and the world. Enough about me. I hope that my creations make you love, laugh, inspire, hate or blow your mind. As we know art is on the “Eye of the beholder”!
